9 days agoThe creation of a youth patriotic camp is an important step in the education of young people who are ready to defend their homeland.
We aim to create an environment where young people will have the opportunity to discover their potential, feel unity, and pride in their history, while applying national values and the principles of contemporary education.
The young people who have passed through our camps in Artsakh, especially those from high-risk groups, have experienced real progress in their lives.
We follow their stories and are pleased to note that many have found their place in society, while some have started working in law enforcement agencies, gaining stability and confidence.
Your contributions will help continue this important mission, changing lives and shaping the future for our youth.
The 2020 war exposed our vulnerabilities, highlighting the urgent need for comprehensive education and military training for the youth, which requires immediate action.
The camp program has been developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Defense of Artsakh and officers who participated in the war.
30% of our losses were due to delays in first aid, while the lack of orientation skills led to encirclement incidents.
The mass exodus of Artsakh residents has caused psychological adaptation issues that need to be addressed, including through the organization of youth camps. In Armenia, there is also an acute problem regarding the leisure activities of "difficult" adolescents, which is important in our work.
We propose to create a sports-tourist camp for the youth from border areas, forcibly displaced persons from Artsakh, and socially vulnerable groups, which will operate permanently in Armenia.
The experience of organizing such camps in Artsakh and the effective cooperation with state structures allows us to confidently say that organizing youth camps will address the complex issues of education, military, psychological, and physical preparation.
We are confident that this camp will help young people find their place in life, which will be an important step in their personal development.
Implementation Phases, Methods, and Necessary Resources
The first phase is the preparation of the camp area and all necessary infrastructure.
The second phase is the opening of the camp on July 1, 2025.
The duration of one shift is 10 days.
Over the course of 2 months, 6 shifts are planned, each with 90 participants, totaling 540 adolescents.
The camp will conclude on August 30, 2025.
The camp's activities will be carried out in the following areas:
Program Director: Vladimir Grigoryan – Director of the Educational Foundation and Organizer of Youth Camps
Head of Staff: Albert Azizbekyan – Colonel (Reserve)
Head of Mass Events: Ghazar Hakobyan
Teacher of National Games and Dances: Gevorg Isakhanyan
Commandant/Director: Hrach Shekyan
Group Leaders:
Laura Grigoryan – Group Leader of the "Khaytzer 2021" Summer Youth Camp
Daniel Tovmasyan – Group Leader of the "Khaytzer 2021" Camp
Suren Barkhudaryan – Group Leader of the "Khaytzer 2021" Camp
The "International Technological University" Educational Foundation was established in 2001 with the aim of integrating advanced technologies into the field of education.
From February 2022 to August 2023, in Stepanakert, the foundation, in collaboration with the "Union of Families and Relatives of Soldiers Killed and Missing in the 44-Day War," organized two-month computer courses for the families and relatives of fallen soldiers. A total of 100 people completed the courses.
The success of any project depends on the experience and professionalism of its employees.
Over the years, we have managed to involve real professionals in the implementation of our projects, who have always been able to bring complex ideas to life, ideas that were often considered impossible.
